Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the paid social strategy and roadmap across Meta and LinkedIn to attract bidders and sellers.
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns with a sharp focus on ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Drive a structured creative testing program for formats, visuals, and messaging.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to iterate on and improve creative assets.
• Ensure full-funnel alignment by working with CRM and local commercial teams.
• Share knowledge and best practices across other brands within the TBAuctions group.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience, preferably in B2B or agency environments.
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to guide decisions.
• Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Dutch or German is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the Amsterdam office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Channable or similar feed management tools.
• Understanding of the synergy between organic and paid social for brand presence.
