TL;DR
Growth Marketer (SaaS): Driving user acquisition and conversion through rapid experimentation, CRO, and landing page optimization with an accent on data-driven decision making and high-performing page builds in Framer. Focus on optimizing the funnel from visit to activation and translating A/B test results into scalable growth actions.
Location: Hybrid in Eindhoven, Netherlands (must be in the office 3 days per week)

What you will do
- Take ownership of the company website and lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) across key user journeys.
- Build and iterate high-performing landing pages, variants, and messaging tests using Framer.
- Plan and execute A/B tests on page structure, offers, and funnel steps to identify and remove friction.
- Analyze performance data daily, set up tracking requirements, and translate results into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Performance, Product Marketing, and Design teams to improve integrated campaigns.
- Develop and document the internal experimentation process, including hypotheses and prioritization.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with CRO and structured A/B testing.
- Proficiency in building pages with Framer or very similar no-code tooling.
- Strong affinity for data and analytics with the ability to interpret funnel performance.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and action-oriented mindset with high ownership.
- Fluency in English.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Eindhoven office 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or strong no-code/low-code automation skills.
- Experience with tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, or VWO.
- Professional experience within B2B or SaaS environments.
