What you will do
- Manage case-by-case employee lifecycle leave and working hours, including Family Leave, Sick Leave, and Time Tracking.
- Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and labor law interpretations.
- Coordinate with payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and update global internal documentation regarding Time & Attendance based on legislative changes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation using AI tools.
- Maintain confidential employee data following strict professional and security protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events and providing HR support.
- Strong background in employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, asynchronous, environment.
- Proficiency with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
- Foundational understanding of AI applications in operational automation.
Nice to have
- Experience managing long-term sick leave or complex extended absence cases.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
