Salary: $113,000 – $125,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Lead core People Ops processes across the employee lifecycle, including job changes and compensation updates.
  • Drive compliance and audit readiness by maintaining accurate records and strengthening internal controls.
  • Partner with Finance and Total Rewards to manage payroll and time & attendance systems.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through execution with teams like Legal, IT, and Recruiting.
  • Improve the People Ops helpdesk by identifying trends and enhancing self-service resources.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in People Ops or HR operations in a fast-growing environment.
  • Workday power user with experience in transactions, reporting, and data integrity.
  • Experience with compliance, audits, payroll, and time & attendance systems.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
