TL;DR

Senior People Ops Generalist (AI): Building the people infrastructure and systems to support company scaling from 200 to 500+ employees with an accent on manager enablement and people programs. Focus on architecting performance cycles, closing the loop between recruiting and talent management, and bringing rigor to total rewards.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or near San Francisco, CA (work from office 3 days per week)

Salary: $120K–$140K base + equity

What you will do

  • Build and tool manager enablement programs to support team development and a high-performance culture.
  • Design, execute, and iterate on end-to-end performance cycles and engagement surveys.
  • Establish feedback loops between recruiting and long-term employee success at hirify.global.
  • Execute the people roadmap in partnership with leadership to prioritize key initiatives.
  • Develop rigorous processes for compensation requests and market benchmarking.
  • Identify and fill gaps in employee lifecycle and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People/HR at a fast-growing company.
  • Proven ability to operate with speed and limited resources in scaling environments.
  • Strong data-driven perspective with the ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and pivoting quickly.

Nice to have

  • Experience in combined People and Talent functions.
  • Experience coaching managers beyond policy implementation.
  • Judgment derived from experience at later-stage companies.
  • Familiarity with people metrics and benchmarking.
