TL;DR

People Operations Specialist (AI): Building and optimizing the operational foundations of the People team with an accent on automation, payroll, and HR systems. Focus on eliminating manual workflows using AI tools and ensuring scalable employee processes in a fast-growing scale-up environment.

Location: Must be based in London and commit to working from the office at least 3 days a week

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Administer HR systems and records using tools such as Hibob, Lattice, Carta, Zinc, and DocuSign.
  • Take full ownership of UK payroll, including pay run summaries, salary adjustments, commissions, and bonuses.
  • Identify and redesign repetitive manual workflows using AI and modern automation tooling.
  • Develop operational documentation, templates, and internal resources to support company growth.
  • Partner with TechOps and Applied AI teams to build reliable and scalable People functions.

Requirements

  • Experience working within a fast-paced tech or scale-up environment.
  • Strong operational judgment and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven curiosity and ability to use AI tools to improve professional workflows.
  • Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
  • Ability to operate independently and take high ownership in an environment with evolving priorities.
