Location: Remote in the United States (preference for California or Washington State). 30% travel expected.

What you will do
- Develop regional partner business plans to achieve pipeline, revenue, and certification goals.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic consulting partners to expand market coverage.
- Drive pipeline generation through joint account planning, co-marketing, and partner-led sales.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consulting, and Marketing teams to accelerate deal execution.
- Enable internal field teams on partner capabilities and engagement strategies.
- Monitor partner health and performance via certifications and customer adoption metrics.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, or technology sales.
- Proven history of scaling partnerships between systems integrators and SaaS companies.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a book of business autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Prior experience in the EPM/FP&A space.
