What you will do
- Lead Service Design and CX initiatives, managing the end-to-end customer journey from acquisition to post-sales.
- Analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) data, historical surveys, and internal assessments to generate insights.
- Plan and facilitate qualitative and quantitative customer listening initiatives with stakeholders.
- Map customer journeys to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop prioritization matrices and initiative roadmaps for short, medium, and long-term actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment and quality across all deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Customer Experience (CX) and Service Design.
- Strong proficiency in Design Thinking, user research, and workshop facilitation.
- Experience with design and collaboration tools including Miro and Figma.
- Ability to translate complex qualitative data into strategic executive documents.
- English: Upper-intermediate level required.
- Location: Must be based in Brazil (CLT or PJ contract).
