What you will do

  • Lead Service Design and CX initiatives, managing the end-to-end customer journey from acquisition to post-sales.
  • Analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) data, historical surveys, and internal assessments to generate insights.
  • Plan and facilitate qualitative and quantitative customer listening initiatives with stakeholders.
  • Map customer journeys to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop prioritization matrices and initiative roadmaps for short, medium, and long-term actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment and quality across all deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Customer Experience (CX) and Service Design.
  • Strong proficiency in Design Thinking, user research, and workshop facilitation.
  • Experience with design and collaboration tools including Miro and Figma.
  • Ability to translate complex qualitative data into strategic executive documents.
  • English: Upper-intermediate level required.
  • Location: Must be based in Brazil (CLT or PJ contract).
