Service Designer

TL;DR

Service Designer: Designing end-to-end service journeys and solutions across digital and offline channels with an accent on improving user experience and government policy delivery. Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK). Candidates must be a resident in the UK and have been living continuously in the UK for the last 10 years.

What you will do

• Design concept journeys, blueprints, and roadmaps to elevate the total user experience.
• Facilitate understanding of the end-to-end experience by mapping events across technology, business, and design.
• Shape behind-the-scenes processes and support functions and their impact on design.
• Embed design practices within organizations for sustainable user-centric service.
• Work with User Researchers to generate insights and shape a holistic user experience view.
• Analyze, consolidate, and communicate research findings to stakeholders for strategic framing and problem validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Demonstrated experience in designing end-to-end service journeys, transactions, products, and content across digital and offline channels.
• Experience with agile teams.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
• No visa sponsorship offered.
• Must be a resident in the UK and have been living continuously in the UK for the last 10 years.
• Ability to hold or gain a UK government security clearance.
