What you will do

• Monitor crops for health, pests, and diseases to ensure optimal growth.
• Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs by releasing biological control agents.
• Perform essential cultivation tasks including pruning, defoliating, harvesting, and cycle turnover.
• Maintain strict compliance with SOPs, Health Canada’s Cannabis Act, ISO, and OHSA standards.
• Uphold Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements within the facility.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Bradford, ON.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (25 Kgs) and climb ladders.
• Ability to work in environments ranging from 20°C to 32°C.
• Grower Pesticide Safety Course completion is an asset.
• Health Canada security clearance is an asset.
