What you will do

• Perform quality control using titration and gravimetric analysis on raw materials and finished products.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing, including batch adjustments and boiler/cooling water analysis.
• Manage laboratory operations, including reagent preparation, equipment calibration, and supply purchasing.
• Maintain accurate data records and compile reports using SAP and MS Office.
• Handle sample shipments and participate in ongoing research projects.
• Manage documentation control, including work instructions and safety data sheets.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brantford, Ontario
• Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience.
• Degree or diploma in a related chemical field such as Lab Tech, Chemistry, or Engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience with MRP software, specifically SAP.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional weekend requirements.
