Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Carmacks, YT (On-site)
Salary: $35 - $42 per hour

What you will do
- Operate heavy equipment including loaders and excavators to support site maintenance and access.
- Perform general site care, including maintenance of pumps, distribution systems, and roadways.
- Conduct snow removal and surface maintenance to ensure safe site access.
- Perform regular inspections and repairs on on-site equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Monitor and inspect tailings areas, ponds, and water sources.
- Prepare daily and monthly summary reports regarding site operations and time tracking.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an industrial setting.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive to the job site.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders and excavators.
- Commitment to safety policies and willingness to undergo a pre-access drug and alcohol test.
