Salary: $115,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead stakeholder engagement and maintain relationships with communities, governments, and partners.
  • Organize and facilitate public meetings, workshops, and consultations.
  • Develop communication materials and engagement strategies for solar, wind, battery storage, and transmission infrastructure.
  • Support permitting processes and public affairs initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project development, environmental, engineering, permitting, and construction teams.
  • Maintain stakeholder data and report on engagement outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in stakeholder relations, community engagement, or public affairs.
  • Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or similar sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, Political Science, Environmental Studies, or a relevant field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of permitting and regulatory processes.
  • Must be based in the USA.
