What you will do
- Coordinate daily operations of the Corporate Affairs team, aligning regional and cross-functional workflows across Legal, Trust & Safety, and Product teams.
- Monitor global media, policy, and regulatory developments to identify and flag emerging narratives and reputational risks.
- Manage incoming media inquiries, maintain organized press logs, and compile coverage reports.
- Draft internal materials and briefing documents to support leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Own and maintain the brand communications calendar to ensure alignment across all company brands and milestones.
- Assist with budget tracking, contract management, and logistics for external lobbying and communications firms.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in political science, communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or government relations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to synthesize information quickly and concisely.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid).
- Proven ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and global corporate environment.
