• Develop and execute a comprehensive government relations strategy for a 12-state southern portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, policymakers, and key influencers.
• Advise executive leadership on critical policy issues and government relations efforts.
• Manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously with a focus on process and organization.
• Represent the company in state capitals and engage with external partners to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7-10 years of experience in government or government relations, preferably at the state or local level.
• Proven experience working in a large, regulated public company.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute successful public affairs strategies.
• Experience providing strategic counsel to C-level executives or senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and flexibility to travel as needed.
