What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for container platform services, including upgrades and feature enablement.
• Drive change coordination via ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with security, audit, and enterprise standards.
• Facilitate critical incident bridge calls and provide structured support during production escalations.
• Standardize and enhance operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs to reduce delivery friction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on demand forecasting, prioritization, and initiative alignment.
• Utilize AI tools to generate change plans, analyze operational data, and optimize delivery scenarios.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, platform operations, or infrastructure coordination.
• Proven expertise in Change Management, Incident Management, and Service Delivery lifecycle practices.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift concepts, including clusters, namespaces, and networking.
• Familiarity with hybrid infrastructure environments, specifically VMware and AWS cloud fundamentals.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across matrix organizations and influence without authority.
• Comfort validating AI-generated outputs against trusted systems and applying sound operational judgment.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with OpenShift platform operations, Quay, or Rancher.
• Familiarity with Ansible, Git workflows, or automation practices.
• Understanding of AIOps concepts such as event correlation and trend analysis.
• Track record of advancing AI adoption within delivery teams.
