What you will do

• Own the overall delivery function for Shopify projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Oversee multiple project teams, including Product Owners and Technical Architects, to deliver scalable eCommerce solutions.
• Establish and maintain best practices for project delivery, focusing on efficiency, innovation, and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, success metrics, and align them with business strategies.
• Lead complex platform migrations and custom implementations for enterprise-level brands.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of delivery personnel, fostering a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project delivery, product management, or software engineering with a focus on eCommerce.
• Deep expertise with Shopify Plus and its ecosystem, including custom development and integrations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade eCommerce solutions on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders/C-suite executives.
• Strong proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Technical understanding of integrations with ERP, OMS, and CMS systems (e.g., Netsuite, Sanity).

• Shopify certifications or equivalent recognized expertise.
• Experience migrating platforms from Magento, Salesforce, or BigCommerce to Shopify.
