What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth customers in Colombia to foster loyalty, retention, and increase lifetime value.
- Provide top-tier customer service as the primary point of contact across all communication channels.
- Plan and host local and global VIP events, including sporting events, concerts, and luxury dinners.
- Monitor individual and market-level performance to identify trends and implement tailored activity campaigns.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize communications via Telegram and WhatsApp.
- Act as the voice of Key Accounts, providing feedback and ideas to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in customer-facing environments (experience in key account management is a plus).
- Native Spanish speaker and excellent command of English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
- Passion for the online gaming, sports, or land-based casino industry.
- Willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours.
