What you will do

  • Provide territory leadership to achieve defined revenue, yield, and growth objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate territory sales activities to ensure alignment between sales and operations.
  • Apply a solution-selling approach by leveraging the full suite of products and services.
  • Manage sales activity, forecasting, order intake, and territory strategic planning.
  • Identify business development opportunities and collaborate with global teams.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development.
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Commercial Aviation or training services.
  • Experience with solution-based or consultative selling.
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
