What you will do
- Provide territory leadership to achieve defined revenue, yield, and growth objectives.
- Lead and coordinate territory sales activities to ensure alignment between sales and operations.
- Apply a solution-selling approach by leveraging the full suite of products and services.
- Manage sales activity, forecasting, order intake, and territory strategic planning.
- Identify business development opportunities and collaborate with global teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Experience managing customer accounts and using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
