Salary: $96,900 – $136,800 CAD

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end learning consulting on complex, high-impact initiatives including needs analysis and strategy.
- Design and deliver scalable learning solutions, programs, and performance support tools.
- Manage large, cross-functional design projects from inception through implementation.
- Coordinate work across design and development resources to ensure high-quality execution.
- Influence senior stakeholders to shape learning strategies and advance enterprise-wide design standards.
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement of design practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience in Learning & Development, specifically in instructional design and performance consulting.
- Proven track record in consultative business partnering and stakeholder management.
- Strong expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with experience executing enterprise-level communications.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-graduate education in Adult Learning & Development is preferred.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as CTDP or specialized eLearning design credentials.
- Experience leading enterprise-level programs or curriculum development.
- Proven success in change management leadership.
