TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto or London, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $96,900 – $136,800 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end learning consulting on complex, high-impact initiatives including needs analysis and strategy.
  • Design and deliver scalable learning solutions, programs, and performance support tools.
  • Manage large, cross-functional design projects from inception through implementation.
  • Coordinate work across design and development resources to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to shape learning strategies and advance enterprise-wide design standards.
  • Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement of design practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related experience in Learning & Development, specifically in instructional design and performance consulting.
  • Proven track record in consultative business partnering and stakeholder management.
  • Strong expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience executing enterprise-level communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Post-graduate education in Adult Learning & Development is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications such as CTDP or specialized eLearning design credentials.
  • Experience leading enterprise-level programs or curriculum development.
  • Proven success in change management leadership.
