What you will do

• Deliver in-person, virtual, and hybrid training using eLearning and blended methods.
• Apply adult-learning principles to increase engagement and skill retention.
• Provide individualized coaching and constructive feedback to learners.
• Contribute to curriculum design and the Training Modernization project.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using quizzes, assessments, and LMS reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to perform training needs analyses.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Education, HR, Adult Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of training and facilitation experience across various methodologies.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
• Strong presentation and time management skills.
• Knowledge of instructional delivery and adult learning principles.
