What you will do

• Plan, develop, and deliver education programs including Family Practice residency and Midwifery undergraduate programs.
• Lead change management initiatives to address emerging educational needs and enhance program responsiveness.
• Manage educational program budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation.
• Ensure alignment with accreditation standards and institutional policies through regular reporting and documentation.
• Develop the education portfolio's communications strategy to enhance awareness of program opportunities.
• Directly manage, hire, and develop CUPE 2950 and AAPS educational programs staff.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education.
• Minimum of six years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in an academic environment and educational programming, including training and evaluation.
• Proven ability to manage projects and financial budgets.
• Ability to recruit, train, and supervise employees effectively.
