What you will do

• Deliver simulator and ground school instruction for Bombardier Global and Challenger platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings.
• Ensure all training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and hirify.global standards.
• Maintain personal pilot qualifications and participate in continuous professional development.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment to help pilots excel in their skills.

Requirements

• Unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL.
• Ability to obtain an FAA ATP (requires Category 3 medical for initial issuance).
• Authorization to live and work in Canada.
• Strong passion for teaching and excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.

Nice to have

• Experience flying business aircraft.
• 1,500 hours of multi-crew experience.
