Salary: $63,000 – $98,475 CAD

What you will do

• Design, plan, and deliver learning and development programs in virtual, in-person, and recorded formats.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and provide coaching support to learners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend instructional solutions.
• Coordinate course setup and maintain learning materials within LMS and knowledge libraries.
• Conduct evaluations, audits, and quality checks to ensure training effectiveness.
• Maintain training inventories and track employee learning progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
• Strong proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline and learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience in needs assessment, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (considered an asset).
