Compensation: $135K – $185K (US) / CA$125K – CA$175K (Canada) + Equity

What you will do

• Overhaul all existing customer communications, including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy, moving from transactional to relationship-driven messaging.
• Build the company's brand personality and tone of voice playbook from the ground up in partnership with the CEO.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to drive long-term engagement and conversion.
• Produce creative organic content for social media and manage community interactions on platforms like Reddit.
• Translate complex and stressful car ownership topics into human, accessible, and engaging copy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative marketing with a strong focus on copywriting and organic growth.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Proven track record of success with organic channels such as email, SMS, and social media.
• Experience working with consumer-facing brands.
• Bachelor's Degree and a portfolio demonstrating writing and creative craft.

• Experience working in fast-growing startup environments.
• Strong understanding of social media landscape and community dynamics, particularly Reddit.
