Salary: $16–$17 per hour

What you will do

• Support the onboarding process of new groups from application through to successful enrollment.
• Manage annual benefits renewal processes and handle coverage or carrier changes.
• Provide proactive support and reconcile issues via phone, text, and email.
• Collaborate with revenue operations and support teams to ensure a high-satisfaction experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer accounts and interactions in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a Life and Health Insurance license within 3 months.
• Strong customer empathy and a positive, optimistic personality.
• Ability to manage high-volume tasks across multiple communication channels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Previous experience with Salesforce.
