Location: Remote, but must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of Allen, TX; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. Onsite presence is required for the first day of onboarding.
Salary: $34,320–$37,500 per year

What you will do
- Respond to incoming phone calls to gather information regarding fraudulent or questionable card activities.
- Assist cardholders according to standard operating procedures.
- Direct customers to their respective financial institutions when appropriate.
- Participate in team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and quality review sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (customer-facing, phone, or chat support).
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Commitment to work an assigned 24/7/365 schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable high-speed internet (at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
- A quiet and confidential workspace with a comparable backup location for outages.
