What you will do
- Review and respond to customer inquiries for Certificates of Insurance and special wording endorsements.
- Manage policy changes, including premiums, buy-backs, and limit increases.
- Liaise between customers, hiring agencies, and underwriting to resolve coverage requirements.
- Perform accurate policy entry for products sold by the New Business sales team.
- Partner with agents and customers to identify needs for new or customized policies.
- Provide training and guidance to customer support teammates to ensure seamless case handling.
Requirements
- Associate Degree and/or Property & Casualty Insurance license (obtained or currently pursuing).
- 1 year of experience in the commercial insurance industry.
- Proficiency in customer service-related fields.
- 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office and/or digital CRM systems.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
