What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact via inbound calls and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Qualify leads and recommend appropriate travel insurance coverage using a consultative sales approach.
• Assist existing policyholders with service-related questions, policy support, and general troubleshooting.
• Maintain deep knowledge of TravelInsurance.com products, carrier offerings, and policy details.
• Document customer interactions accurately while managing multiple conversations simultaneously.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Current travel and/or property & casualty insurance license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain coverage options clearly.
• Proficiency with phone and chat systems in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Customer service experience specifically in the travel insurance industry.
• Previous experience working in an inbound call center.
