What you will do
- Conduct 15-25 customer conversations weekly, including discovery calls, user interviews, and onboarding sessions.
- Synthesize qualitative user feedback into clear, actionable product recommendations and strategic priorities.
- Own customer discovery for new product surfaces, pricing models, and market segments.
- Act as the voice of the customer in engineering and product decision-making processes.
- Close the feedback loop by validating and measuring the impact of shipped features with users.
- Produce content such as customer stories and use-case write-ups to support marketing and sales efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product research, customer discovery, technical PM, or founder-level product work.
- Deep technical proficiency with the ability to discuss APIs, SDKs, and developer workflows fluently.
- US Citizenship or valid work visa required.
- Proven track record of driving product outcomes through direct customer discovery.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical insights into business strategy.
- Bias toward action and ability to thrive in a high-urgency, ambiguous, early-stage environment.
