What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for AI-powered Auto Safety solutions.
• Identify high-impact opportunities using customer research, incident data analysis, and market trends.
• Establish AI product evaluation frameworks, including offline testing, performance metrics, and launch thresholds.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to design secure, scalable AI-assisted workflows.
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing, phased rollouts, and continuous optimization.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements for sensitive emergency communication data.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of product management experience leading complex SaaS products in mission-critical environments.
• Strong experience delivering AI/ML-powered products such as automation tools or predictive analytics.
• Proven ability to define AI quality standards, evaluation methodologies, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, and privacy compliance.
