What you will do

  • Own the renewal lifecycle by negotiating and finalizing contracts with customer decision-makers and end-users.
  • Drive account growth and focus on client retention and revenue expansion within an assigned book of business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and customer adoption teams to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Support strategic initiatives to develop and implement customer retention and expansion programs.
  • Analyze renewal data and customer feedback to optimize the renewal process and overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, contract renewals, or customer success.
  • Proven track record of achieving high renewal rates and revenue retention.
  • Strong understanding of business success drivers across various industry sectors.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Must have existing eligibility to work in Australia.
