What you will do
- Lead and coordinate Digital Pathology algorithm projects across cross-functional teams.
- Manage Agile Release Train (ART) planning, execution, and delivery activities.
- Facilitate feature refinement and define priorities for Product Increment (PI) planning cycles.
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
- Drive continuous improvement using delivery metrics and quality indicators.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the SDLC.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in technical project management and ART management.
- Experience in the medical device industry or other highly regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 820) and ISO 13485.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Mississauga, Canada (Canadian work experience is not required).
Nice to have
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting FDA product submissions.
- Exposure to image processing, pattern recognition, or Digital Pathology platforms.
