TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Mississauga, Canada

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate Digital Pathology algorithm projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage Agile Release Train (ART) planning, execution, and delivery activities.
  • Facilitate feature refinement and define priorities for Product Increment (PI) planning cycles.
  • Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
  • Drive continuous improvement using delivery metrics and quality indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in technical project management and ART management.
  • Experience in the medical device industry or other highly regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 820) and ISO 13485.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Mississauga, Canada (Canadian work experience is not required).

Nice to have

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience supporting FDA product submissions.
  • Exposure to image processing, pattern recognition, or Digital Pathology platforms.
