What you will do

• Manage debt collection, negotiate payments, and monitor debtor account balances.
• Perform bank and system reconciliations between internal and external records.
• Apply customer payments and resolve discrepancies in cash applications.
• Identify and propose solutions for process gaps within the finance workflow.
• Compile and analyze financial reports to highlight discrepancies for management.

Requirements

• Advanced English skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in collections or reconciliation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for a hybrid work schedule.
