What you will do

• Manage debt collection and reduce overdue debt for assigned accounts.
• Perform accurate account reconciliation and match receipts against invoices.
• Resolve disputes by identifying root causes and applying sound judgment.
• Monitor paid invoices and perform receipt write-offs for bank charges or foreign exchange.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and promote a risk-averse culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in Manila or able to work from the local office.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, preferably with accounting units.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in debt collection and accounts reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to providing quality customer service.
