Executive Business Partner (AI): Supporting the CTO and Chief AI Officer in managing critical administrative workflows and strategic operational initiatives with an accent on executive administration and cross-functional alignment. Location: Hybrid - must be based in Bellevue, WA (onsite 3 days per week)

Salary: $131,000 - $155,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage complex, shifting calendars across multiple time zones and teams for the CTO and Chief AI Officer.
• Coordinate international travel, internal and external meetings, and prepare briefing materials and follow-ups.
• Track executive-level priorities, initiatives, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure accountability.
• Draft internal updates, presentation decks, and high-level documentation for stakeholders.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and hardware teams to facilitate communication and surface risks.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with high discretion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in high-growth tech or R&D environments.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and resolve ambiguous situations with limited direction.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and AI tools for workflow management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level briefings.
• Must be based in Bellevue, WA (onsite 3 days per week).
