TL;DR

Administrative Director (Adtech): Leading and standardizing administrative and office operations across Serbia, Cyprus, and the US with an accent on operational efficiency and scalable administrative structures. Focus on strategic development of the Belgrade headquarters, facility management, and cross-functional workflow optimization.

Location: Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid). Must be based in Serbia.

hirify.global is an international company focused on developing AI-driven products within the Adtech sector.

What you will do

  • Standardize administrative operations across offices in Serbia, Cyprus, and the US.
  • Lead the office operations team and provide support to Personal and Executive Assistants.
  • Oversee the strategic development and operational management of the Belgrade headquarters, including infrastructure and space planning.
  • Audit and optimize internal operational processes and cross-functional workflows.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal teams to manage onboarding, equipment procurement, and SaaS tools.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in workplace management, office operations, or operational leadership.
  • Experience managing and coordinating administrative teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Serbian business environment and local office operations.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana/Jira, and modern AI tools.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Must be based in Serbia.

Nice to have

  • Russian language skills.
  • Experience in IT, Adtech, or other fast-paced international environments.
