What you will do

• Manage end-to-end leasing communication, tenant support, and inquiries for retail vacancies.
• Maintain and update task workflows, tenant profiles, and structural entries within TenantCloud.
• Configure, deploy, and optimize AI workflows, automated operational pipelines, and AI receptionist setups.
• Use generative AI tools to draft professional tenant notices, leasing communications, and internal documents.
• Coordinate with external partners and technology platforms such as GoDaddy and RingCentral.
• Handle accounts receivable follow-ups regarding delinquent rent and support basic social media marketing.

Requirements

• Strong aptitude for AI prompt engineering and automation tools like Zapier or Make.
• Experience with or willingness to master TenantCloud, RingCentral, and GoDaddy ecosystems.
• Background in operations support, leasing coordination, or property management.
• Ability to execute abstract project goals independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills tailored for the U.S. corporate landscape.
• Strict adherence to the 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PT work schedule.
