What you will do

• Triage, respond to, and resolve clinician questions and escalations via communication channels.
• Manage provider preference changes to ensure optimal patient-provider matching.
• Coordinate clinician onboarding introductions and execute offboarding processes, including patient transfers.
• Provide schedule management support for Chief Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioner Directors.
• Execute one-off operational projects and develop essential meeting materials.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with EMRs (eCW experience is a significant plus).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant)
