What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt.
- Manage and scale 7-figure monthly budgets, ensuring strong ROAS, retention, and user lifetime value.
- Lead creative strategy and A/B testing by collaborating with art teams to produce high-performing assets.
- Utilize AppsFlyer for event mapping, attribution, and cohort analysis.
- Build and refine tracking and reporting frameworks for acquisition funnels.
- Monitor platform changes, including SKAN and privacy updates, to adapt strategies proactively.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition across major ad platforms.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale budgets (7 figures annually).
- Deep expertise in campaign optimization, bid strategy, and audience segmentation.
- Strong understanding of mobile app acquisition and AppsFlyer tracking.
- Experience collaborating with creative and motion teams on ad iterations.
- Analytical mindset capable of translating complex data into strategic actions.
Nice to have
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Familiarity with server-to-server (S2S) setups and campaign event tracking.
- Hands-on experience integrating AppsFlyer, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Events API.
