What you will do

• Manage a monthly advertising budget exceeding $1M across SDKs, DSPs, and Facebook.
• Analyze performance data and report key metrics to stakeholders to optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
• Identify, evaluate, and foster relationships with new and existing advertising partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, data, product, and legal.
• Oversee critical UA initiatives such as retargeting and signal testing.
• Stay updated on creative trends to contribute to innovative ad ideation sessions.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in digital marketing or mobile UA within the gaming industry.
• Deep expertise in mobile advertising technology and attribution platforms.
• Proven experience with SDK networks, DSPs, SSPs, Facebook, and Google (e.g., ironSource, UnityAds, AdColony).
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor contracts.
• Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree in marketing, finance, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of SQL or other programming experience.
• Familiarity with email marketing and push notification campaigns.
• Experience with Photoshop.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
