What you will do

• Define lifecycle strategy across prospect, onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback phases.
• Optimize multi-channel delivery across email, SMS, chatbots, direct mail, and push notifications.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys and establish a narrative messaging framework.
• Build segmentation and personalization strategies using behavioral and predictive insights.
• Develop a testing roadmap and analyze KPIs to optimize performance.
• Design lifecycle automation architecture to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention strategy.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end customer journeys across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Iterable, Intercom, or MixPanel.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify trends.
• Must be based in Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico.
