Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Lead internal advocacy efforts for all player types and manage external community communications.
• Collaborate with marketing professionals on community-centric campaigns and outreach strategies.
• Mentor and develop other Community Managers within the team.
• Analyze community sentiment and live issues using social listening and intelligence platforms.
• Manage the community budget and oversee external partner outreach and programs.
• Plan and execute community programs, activations, and deliverables aligned with development goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Community Management experience, preferably in PC or console gaming.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience developing and executing community content strategies and analyzing campaign success.
• Proficiency with project management and social media management software.
• Ability to host live streams and represent the brand on camera.
• Must be able to work from the New Westminster office three days per week.
