What you will do

  • Support the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads and Native campaigns.
  • Launch and monitor campaigns across search, display, and native networks.
  • Perform keyword research, targeting, bidding, and budget management.
  • Analyze key performance metrics including CPA, conversion rate, CTR, and lead quality.
  • Execute A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with senior media buyers, creative, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in digital, paid media, or performance marketing.
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads (Demandgen).
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
  • Must be based in Toronto for hybrid work (Scarborough office).
  • Good English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Google Ads certifications.
  • Experience with Native platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, or MGID.
  • Familiarity with tracking concepts (UTMs, pixels, conversions).
  • Exposure to lead generation or performance funnels.
