TL;DR

Senior Manager, Acquisition & Growth (EdTech): Creating and executing a high-impact media strategy to attract Teachers, Parents, and Players with an accent on paid and organic user acquisition and budget management. Focus on scaling performance across multiple platforms, optimizing CAC/RoAS, and mentoring platform specialists.

Location: Greater Toronto Area, Ontario

Compensation: CA$115K – CA$135K

What you will do

  • Own the overarching paid and organic growth strategy and manage a 7-figure budget to maximize OKRs.
  • Implement and oversee campaigns and creative tests to optimize key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data, and Legal teams to align acquisition with business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing initiatives using data, forecasts, and reporting to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Mentor a paid platform specialist and maintain direct relationships with platform representatives.
  • Bridge the gap between paid and organic efforts to ensure brand consistency and attribution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programmatic execution and a track record of scaling user acquisition.
  • Proficiency in managing paid media platforms such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and leveraging LLMs to complement paid acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills for managing budgets, forecasts, and delivering data-driven insights.
  • Experience in creative briefing and translating channel performance into actionable feedback.
  • Ability to manage external relationships with agency partners and platform representatives.
