hirify.global is an AI copilot for transactional lawyers that integrates with Microsoft Word to accelerate contract drafting and review.

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
  • Conduct onboarding calls and deliver compelling product demonstrations to potential buyers.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot and optimize sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT on RFPs and security questionnaires to complete the sales cycle.
  • Provide prospect feedback to the product team to guide future feature development.
  • Build long-term relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or equivalent CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and deliver persuasive pitches.
  • Experience collaborating effectively within a distributed team.
  • Must be based in Australia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth scaling tech company.
  • Familiarity with the legal tech industry and its unique challenges.
