Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: minimum 2 days per week in-office)

What you will do

  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of mid-market companies (101-500 employees).
  • Execute a consultative sales approach to demonstrate value and tailor proposals.
  • Negotiate and close new business across multiple channels including chat, email, and video calls.
  • Convert both inbound marketing leads and outbound-generated prospects.
  • Maintain process compliance and accurate data tracking within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistent sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience within technology or SaaS companies.
  • Experience managing mid-market sales with short-term closing cycles.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing high-volume opportunity pipelines.
  • Ability to drive business conversations at all levels using a win-win negotiation approach.
  • Must be based in Paris or able to work from the Paris office at least 2 days per week.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting objectives.
