What you will do

• Lead engineering teams to deliver high levels of technical quality and business impact.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse engineering talent, from outreach to closing.
• Facilitate career development for engineers through challenging responsibilities and constructive feedback.
• Participate in strategic direction and product decisions for the team.
• Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as part of the management team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct management experience leading teams of at least 6 engineers with full-stack skills.
• Experience delivering high-quality frontend or mobile applications.
• Proven ability to establish architecture and best practices for web/mobile apps and their backends.
• Ability to articulate vision, set goals, and execute effectively.
• Valid US work authorization and residency for the stated compensation range.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin, Java, Javascript, or Typescript.
• Knowledge of AWS (ECS, SQS, RDS).
• Experience with modern mobile development (Swift/SwiftUI, Android/Jetpack Compose).
