Salary: $130,000 – $190,000 yearly

• Manage and develop high-performing engineering teams through coaching, regular 1:1s, and continuous feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize highly scalable video infrastructure.
• Drive technical initiatives including testing, resiliency, and performance improvements for streaming services.
• Create and manage data lakes for end-to-end video delivery and operational insights.
• Ensure optimal integration of video players across various applications.
• Define operational feasibility and deliver product roadmaps with high quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
• 2+ years of experience in Engineering Management with a background in senior software development.
• Proven ability to manage rapid development cycles within large agile projects.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
• Experience balancing technical constraints, project scope, and business requirements.
