Salary: $176,987 – $215,000/year

What you will do

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of scalable web and mobile solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, data science, marketing, and customer experience teams.
• Develop and oversee technical strategies and program roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Implement Agile methodologies and A/B testing frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor engineering team productivity and software quality through KPI tracking and performance benchmarking.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to software engineers to support career development and technical growth.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Engineering Management, Information System Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a software development role with responsibility for technical leadership or program execution.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and analyzing A/B testing experiments and iterative development processes.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing and optimizing E-Commerce or SaaS platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience with full-stack software development, including testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team toward the successful delivery of software programs.
